2026-27 Services and Activities (S&A) Fee Budget Committee What is the S & A Fee Budget Process? Services and Activities (S&A) Fee is a fee charged to each student per credit to support and enhance students’ out-of-classroom experience. The funds collected are allocated to student programs and activities such as Clubs, Athletics, the Learning Support Center, Commencement, etc. The S&A Fee Budget Committee is a sub-committee of the Associated Students of Edmonds College student government, responsible for the allocation of this fee. The S&A Fee Budget Process is the process of allocating the S&A fee for the next fiscal year. The process takes place in the winter and spring quarter.
